Where do you ship to?
Dv8 Studios ships to all of the U.S., and can ship to other countries upon request

How much does shipping cost?
Ground Advantage shipping cost is included in the base price of our products. If you would like priority shipping, it costs $5.

How long does it take to ship?
Processing time is 3-4 weeks, as our products are made to order and handmade in house by the father-daughter duo.

Where can i find the tracking number for my order?
Your tracking number will be on your confirmation email, or in the "Orders" section under the account tab. If you have trouble locating your tracking number, please fill out a contact form and we will help you retrieve it.

My order got damaged during delivery.
Please fill out the contact form, and we will help you file a damaged item claim through the postal service.

My order is damaged due to poor craftsmanship.
If you believe your item is defective, please fill out the contact form withing 30 days of delivery with your order number. Once received we will request photos of the damage. Once inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will cover the return shipping cost.

Do you offer refunds?
Because our items are made to order and handmade, all sales are final. We offer refunds or replacements for items that end up damaged due to poor craftsmanship. This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or standard wear and tear after the item has been in use.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of order placement. Please fill out our contact form to cancel your order. We will accept your cancelation as long as your within the 1 hour timeframe, regardless of when we reply.

Do you charge taxes?

Applicable sales tax will be applied to your order in accordance with state and local laws, and an estimated tax amount will be reflected in the order summary before checkout.
