Order shipping and tracking
DV8 Studios ships to all U.S. states and can ship to other countries upon request. Please use the contact form to request an item to be shipped internationally. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. You will receive an email with tracking information for all packages.
Free shipping
All orders include standard shipping on the base price of our products and can be expedited for an extra fee. We do not profit from shipping charges.
Shipping Method, costs and delivery times
Ground Advantage - Free - 5-7 business days*
Priority - $5 - 3-5 business days*
*Estimated transit days do not include order processing times, which usually take 3-4 weeks, as our products are made to order and handmade in house by the father-daughter duo. Once your order ships out, it typically arrives within the estimated delivery window for the selected shipping method. Carrier and processing delays are possible. Shipping times may vary depending on destination. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
Please understand that once the package has been handed over to the postal service, it is no longer in our hands. Any issue with shipping is between the customer and the postal service. Please contact us, and we can help you file a claim with the postal service. All packages include $100 insurance coverage, in case of damage or being lost.
Tracking
You can find your tracking number on your confirmation email, or in the “Orders” section under the account tab. If you are having trouble locating your tracking number, please fill out a contact form, and we will help you retrieve it.
Refunds
We take great pride in the quality of our work. Because our items are made to order and handmade, all sales are final. We offer refunds or replacements for items that end up damaged due to poor craftsmanship. If you believe your item is defective, please fill out the contact form withing 30 days of delivery with your order number. Once received we will request photos of the damage. Once inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will cover the return shipping cost.
This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or standard wear and tear after the item has been in use.
